We utilise Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies tailored specifically for body corporate properties. Our process begins with a comprehensive inspection of the entire site to identify any current pest issues and potential vulnerabilities. Based on our findings, we develop a customized treatment plan that addresses the needs of both individual units and common areas, minimizing disruption to residents while effectively managing pest populations.​
